MDisrupt offers two flexible ways to access experts:

• Platform Access Fee (MDisrupt All Access): An annual subscription that unlocks full use of the platform—including project creation, expert matching, and profile visibility.
• Hourly Credit Packages: Bundles of expert hours (minimum 10) that include one year of full platform access. Ideal for multi-expert or multi-project use across teams.

Yes. All hourly credit packages include 12 months of MDisrupt All Access. This gives you:

• Full expert profile visibility
• Unlimited project creation
• Matching, scheduling, and support tools

Credits can be used to book Health Expert Hourly calls, which are billed in 30-minute or 1-hour increments.

MDisrupt Discovery is our free, limited-access plan that lets you explore the platform before committing. You’ll be able to:

• Preview anonymized expert profiles
• Set up your organization account
• Create draft projects

To view full profiles or engage with experts, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid access option.

Yes—for Health Expert Hourly sessions. When you purchase an hourly credit package, it includes both full platform access and a set number of credit hours for 1:1 expert consultations. These credit hours can be used across any matched expert and project.

However, longer-term expert engagements—such as fractional roles, project-based work, or advisory boards—are not covered by credit packages. These engagements are priced separately based on the expert’s rates and the scope of work. MDisrupt provides guidance during this process and handles all logistics, contracts, and invoicing to make it seamless.

• Platform access and credits are paid upfront through Stripe.
• Longer engagements are invoiced via Bill.com, based on the terms detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
