Phase 2
Defining the Scope of the Engagement
- Select a retainer or a project-based engagement
- Define what is in scope and any expected deliverables within the defined term of the engagement.
Phase 3
Matching the Best Candidate
- Once we have clearly understood your needs, as well as considering short-term versus long-term priorities, we turn to the MDisrupt network of on-demand health industry experts to match you to the best candidate.

Phase 4
Candidate Selection and Proposal
- We will coordinate introductions between you and the candidates.
- Once you have made your selection, we will draft a proposal for your consideration.
- The proposal will include: the statement of work (SOW), the term of the engagement, the weekly or monthly time commitment, the fee structure, and the payment terms.
- MDisrupt will also coordinate all of the contracting with the expert.
Phase 5
Ongoing Support
- Throughout the course of your engagement with the MDisrupt consultant, a member of our team will periodically check in with you to ensure that the engagement is proceeding to your satisfaction, or provide redirection as needed.
